Information Technology Services Drs. Kopplin and Richter along with Mr. Graham have worked as a team since 1980, conceptualizing, developing and implementing laboratory and administrative software systems. Their early work culminated in the release of StarPath by Mr. Graham in 1984, the first histopathology software to run on a personal computer. This program first ran on a computer using a CPM (pre MS DOS) operating system and with only 64k of memory. This program, later adapted to the IBM PC as an MS DOS system, has grown and evolved to the StarPath system for microscopic and macroscopic pathology, software that is in wide use today. Dr. Kopplin lead a team producing the first fully electronic system for reporting of preclinical safety data at Bristol-Myers Squibb in the mid 90s. Dr. Richter has served on and EPA ad hoc advisory committee for electronic commerce as well as several industry committees exploring the standardization of toxicology and pathology data. DRUQUEST provides various services related to the development, evaluation, implementation, validation and interfacing of preclinical software, whether technical or administrative.
Mr. Graham markets the StarTox™ Suite of products for preclinical laboratories, including systems for in-life, clinical pathology and anatomical pathology. Contact him directly at WWW.Grahamlaboratories.com. |
